Great seat cushion if u have back pain
This seat cushion really helped me when I had back pain. Using this on the drive home after a long day of work was great for my sore back. Loved that u can adjust exactly where u want to get massaged and select heat or not. Little loud but that didn’t bother me.

Works great
Decided to try this product since it doesn’t have the hard balls in it which to me hurt. Since I have back, hip and neck issues. This worked wonderful. It was very comfortable, easy to use and the heat feels great. Will be using this in house and in the car for long distances.

The controls don’t work properly
This seat cushion seems really good at first use. However the remote controller doesn’t turn the vibration off or even turn it down. So it’s on constantly. You can’t just use the heat and vice versa. Also it’s very very very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this seat cushion. It’s not made well at all.

Awesome cooling!
I had one of these types of cushions before, but never with the option for cooling. This is a great product and the cost is great for the function of the cushion. This has been an excellent purchase, well worth the cost!

Broke quickly
When it works, good product. But, when I plug it in to my car charger, it takes a good bit of force. I had it working for 20 minutes, turned off my car to go in the grocery store for 10 minutes, and when I got back it wasn’t working/needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. I fought with the plug for 2-3 minutes and it broke into pieces. I know the problem didn’t stem from the car, because my other plug ins for chargers and things worked fine.

Great after a long workday
I got this for my husband because his back △⃒⃘lways hurts. He has a 30 minute commute to work so this was perfect on his back after a long shift. He loves it. I have also used it while using his car and love it
