Seems like a good machine.
So far, this thing is pretty nice. It is as described.I’ve probably overused it since I got it. It is just so easy to put in place and cut it on.It has 12 speeds and a few other settings I have not explored yet. The default settings are perfect for me so I really had no need to look into it further at the moment. Just set it and forget it for me.It has a remote. I actually thought that was a goofy addition but actually having it, you will appreciate it. I have a foot massager that I wish had a remote too, lol, smh.I sit a ton, so I needed a good way to introduce some extra movement while sitting but that would also not interfere with my work. This, my friend, does the job.It is automated, so it really doesn’t get any easier than this.As of right now, I totally recommend this machine. It is a little pricey so it is a must that it lasts a decent amount of time. But so far so good…

Not sure this counts as exercise
Great for range of motion, not really sure how much of an exercise benefit there is since the elliptical is automated. The variety of speeds along with forward and backward motion is nice.Would be better if there were a few options with even slight resistance as opposed to the fully automated.The remote is nice as well.

Great way to exercise while working!
What a nice little unit! I’ve always wanted a pedaled for u see my desk but I tried a friend’s and my knees kept hitting my keyboard tray. This elliptical is great because the motion is more forward/back vs. up/down. No hitting knees. It works great, the remote is super handy so you don’t have to keep bending down to adjust. It is easy to carry with the embedded handle which is a nice touch as something like this would otherwise be very awkward. It’s wuiet and I’m getting 10 miles a day while I work. Love it!

This elliptical is great for a low-impact exercise. It’s not one you really pedal yourself. It’s not meant to be used while standing. I am mostly sedentary so this is helping me condition for more moderate/intense workouts. It’s simple to set up. Just plug it in. It comes with a remote and batteries. There’s a slot of the elliptical to place the remote so it doesn’t get lost. It also comes with lubrication and a brush to tune up as needed. It’s surprisingly light and easy to store. I plan to have my parents try it to help them get more exercise.
