Came fully put together in the box (with the exception of the resistance bands that just snap onto the front).The design is very durable, weighs maybe 10-15 lbs. The “pedals” are very wide and long, quite comfortable (I’m a woman’s 10 and I had no problem wearing tennis shoes on this, with plenty of room left over).You can adjust the resistance for the stepper by a simple knob at the bottom of the machine. Just make sure the pedals are lifted all the way (something that caused me trouble before I figured it out), or the knob will get stuck halfway down the bolt.I’m definitely a beginner, and the highest resistance was still doable (though my legs were burning after a few minutes in). Definitely wouldn’t recommend for someone who is used to gym-quality equipment.Overall, would recommend for the price (I got it for around $42 while it was on sale).The only thing I will mention is that it does make a slight noise on the “downstep”, kind of like air being pushed out. It’s noticeable to me, as I’m the one using the machine, but nobody seemed to hear it on the floor below me. The slight annoyance is the only reason I gave this product a 4 instead of 5 stars.

I normally don’t write reviews unless I really feel strongly about a product and let’s just say I’m really impressed with this little machine it’s small quiet fits perfect in my room (I put it in the room Im least motivated in and it’s definitely made a difference I feel myself more motivated to use it also it gives quite the workout! About 10 mins on this and I’m starting to sweat ! I’ve worked up to an hour a day and I feel it in my legs my butt my core my arms it’s definitely a full body workout! And it was pretty much plug an play I think there’s two easy instructions and it’s good Togo ! And it’s sturdy don’t feel like it’s gonna break even after long term use this thing feels like it will have a long life. I love that it counts my steps so I can stay motivated and keep track of my progress each day! Definitely been a game changer for my life and added a much needed workout to my life.

Workout was killer on this felt like I was actually at the gym. Easy setup all you have to do is connect the resistance bands to the clips. Very comfortable to do with bare feet, socks or shoes, amazing value for your money. Definitely ordering my husband one so he can stop stealing it when I’m working out 😂😂

Shocked by the quality
This product has exceeded my expectations. I had relatively low expectations when I ordered these steppers simply because of the price. I was expecting a cheaply made piece of equipment that wouldn’t work properly or would struggle to work smoothly, but what I received was a sturdy, well made, overall great little set of steppers.These steppers offer multiple step heights for different intensity levels. It is compact which is very convenient if you don’t have a ton of extra space, and overall worth the price.10/10 would recommend

SO LOUD
Okay let me start by saying, this is a really good little stepper. I bought it a couple weeks ago and wanted to try it for a few weeks so I can give an honest, fair review. Comes put together. Only thing you have to assemble is the straps (super easy to clip on). Very stable (bought a different one before this one and it was soo wobbly and hard to stay on) I use it for about 30 minutes every day. By the end of my workout, I’m sweating and my legs are burning (in a good way) I’ve noticed my waist is slimming and my thighs are starting to tone. Great little stepper for the price.Now, the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it started being SO noisy a couple days ago randomly (I willl try to attach a video) . I’ve tried adjusting the height, moving it to a different place in my house but it’s still so noisy. It wasn’t like this the first 2 weeks I’ve used it so I’m not sure why it started making the loud noise. If you can get past the noise, it’s a good little workout.

This machine is good if you have a watch or cellphone that keeps track of steps because like a lot of other people have mentioned, the panel doesn’t work. As soon as i opened the package, it wasn’t working. I changed the batteries and it worked one time, then stopped.But i have other ways of tracking it, so it’s fine.It’s also “thumpy”. You can hear and feel it even with some padding added. Heaven help your neighbors above or below you when you’re using it. It’s not LOUD loud, but it very evident you are using SOMETHING that makes that repetitive noise.But since i don’t have neighbors, it’s fine. My family will complain a bit but i tell them health trumps the annoying noise. It does the job.
