Simple, Easy, Works great, and Convenient!
We Love these strip lights.Simple to set up (put in place where you want it as long as you have an outlet). Easy to use and set up in the Cync App. Great that is also works with Alexa even when it’s been set up with Alexa. The lights are bright and can dim to your preference best done in the Cync App. I have also been able to add other Cync sets of these light strips together and keep them separate all at the same time. Great QUALITY AND 32 Feet is fantastic because you can cut it shorter if needed (we did, that’s what you see is left over in the box in one photo).Connected easily and quickly with the Cync App.This is our third one and is the newer version the only difference we really see is it comes in more feet which is fantastic.Great color options.

They work great. I use the Cync app and love it. Love being able to pick the colors and the brightness. Wasn’t too hard to install. Sometimes they have a faint glow when they’re off. Doesn’t bother me, it’s about as bright as glow in the dark stars.

Love these lights! I have them around my living room window to add extra lighting in there. They connected to my Alexa very easily, and I love all of the color options. The adhesive is incredibly strong, as well! Easy installation, though would recommend a second pair of hands to help keep it straight when installing.

Generally great app controlled lights
Very good product and app, Cync. Easy to set up, awesome amount of colors and brightnesses and can set timers, local sunrise/sunset. It can work with smart home devices like Alexa and has preset light shows. The adhesive on the strip is perfect for the back of a TV and can be pulled off and restuck if you mess up but doesn’t come off on it’s own. My only complaints are that it doesn’t connect to 5ghz wifi, so you have to muddle with your router settings if you don’t already use both, and once in awhile the light shows lag and go dark for a second.

Vey easy to install! Our stairs are dark going to basement with only one light fixture at top. Our old dog is not seeing well and this strip works perfectly! Using the app is very convenient to adjust and choose color

Ok Lights, seriously messed up app
The lights are just average, in line with the price. Installation is not difficult. Adding lights to the app is very easy. The firmware updates very quickly. No issues.The app however is seriously messed up. It will make you want to rip your hair out. The app makes it extremely hard to configure custom effects, apply effects to a group of lights, group the lights, edit light groups, create schedules, apply a schedule to a group. They need to seriously rewrite the whole app. It is a nightmare and not intuitive or user friendly at all.

Work perfectly and the app is really nice compared to other brands. I like that you can group several lights together since my fan has two bulbs in it. The other smart light brand I use in my home requires me to turn off one by one. Overall, I will probably buy the other brand for future smart light purchases since it is much less expensive, but I do really love the functionality of these strip lights. They really add a wow factor to my living room and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
