Sturdy product, outstanding customer service
I’ve put a thousand of these sort of things together in my lifetime and this was among the best. Except for IKEA, I’d say this was the best and most sturdy. The instructions were OK but could be better; I had to re-do part of it because some unclear instructions. That said, the value of what you get for the price is really good. But the best part was the unexpected level of customer service I received. The handles on my unit would not screw in properly. So I followed the instructions to email customer service not expecting much. But to my surprise, I received a response within 48 hours and they took care of everything to my satisfaction. They even had to politely bug me to get back to them so they could fix my problem – THEY followed up with ME! I’d buy from them again.

Solid piece of furniture w/ poor instructions
I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars for this product. Overall, I am very happy with the way the file cabinet turned out. Looks great and is very sturdy. I can tell this is a piece of furniture that will last me more than just a couple years. And even if I decide to upgrade, I think it will still have a pretty good resale value.Where this cabinet lost the star for me, is in the instructions. First off – instructions tell you that you need 2 people. This is not correct. I was able to assemble this desk, by myself, and I don’t consider myself to be too handy. Just an FYI – because I noticed no review previously stated the timeframe it takes to assemble – this desk will take you about 2-3 hours to assemble depending on how many people are helping and how good you are at assembling furniture. I did this alone and don’t consider myself too handy, and it took me a full 3 hours to complete.This instructions also lacked in general product labeling. Some pieces don’t have the stickers that identify which board number it is. Common sense allowed me to figure it out pretty quickly, but just be aware that some pieces aren’t labeled at all. The way the instructions are labeled (directional arrows, which piece goes were) is not ideal as well. I put the bottom cabinet together to find that I switched two pieces. When I reviewed the instructions, it was an instructional error, not mine. Happy to have figured it out but I had to take apart the entire drawer to come to a conclusion. Idk if they mislabeled the pieces or if the instructions were just wrong, but that caused me a solid 30 minute headache to figure out.Overall, very happy with the way the cabinet turned out. Perfect for what I need it for. And it looks good too. I obviously wish it was a little cheaper – to me this is more of a $80 – $100 piece of furniture. But I think this will serve it’s purpose and I’ll probably try to resell it after I use it for a couple years for $50-$75.

Great piece of furniture! Easy to assemble for one person!
I spent weeks looking for the right cabinet for my home office. Found this as perfect for my needs. I am not particularly handy but have been a home owner for 40 years, so have enough experience to complete most household chores. I thought this was going to be challenge for me to assemble, but ordered anyway. When I looked at the instructions and the instructions recommended two people, I put my wife on standby but never called her into service. Took a few hours, but I don’t think that’s unreasonable.I strongly recommend taking your time and following the instructions step by step. There’s good reasoning for the ordering and I almost went off track when I thought I knew enough to make my own order. Take a good look before putting in the round screws/fasteners that hold things together, once they are tightened, that’s not reversible.The outcome at the end was a fine piece of solid furniture. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

Compact, Sturdy, and Great for Small Spaces
I bought the DEVAISE 3-Drawer Wood File Cabinet for my husband’s office, and he absolutely loves it. It arrived in a compact box, and while it wasn’t too heavy, the packaging was still secure. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making assembly a breeze.Although the cabinet was a bit smaller than I initially expected, it turned out to be a perfect fit for the space. It fits snugly under his L-shaped adjustable desk, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite its size, the cabinet feels sturdy, and the drawers slide open and close smoothly, making it highly functional for office use.The rolling casters are a nice feature, making it easy to move around as needed. For the price, this cabinet offers excellent value. If you’re looking for a compact yet sturdy filing cabinet that doesn’t take up too much space, this is definitely a great purchase.

El mueble está muy bien para una oficina, la impresora de buen tamaño cabe perfectamente en la parte superior, los cajones son algo pequeños pero funcionales, no recomiendo poner nada pesado en los cajones pues el piso de los mismos traen una pequeña maderita muy delgada y frágil y no aguanta mucho peso.Los cajones son recomendables para artículos de oficina como plumas, engrapadora, plumones etc. Pero nada con peso.De ahí en fuera el mueble viene completamente desarmado y con instrucciones solo en inglés.Aunque trae imágenes que te llevan por todo el proceso , en algunos pasos puede haber confusión.El tiempo de armado con una sola persona es de aprox. 2 horas y media.Trae bastantes tornillos y piezas pequeñas.
