Absolutely worth every penny!!
For those of you that gave bad stars, it’s because you are terrible with instructions. Yes they can be challenging but if you take your time, it goes together great!! Only two issues, the screws they give, the Philip head is to wide. I used every type of Philip head and they all stripped. No big deal. I went to the hardware store and got a box of 50 1inch screws. Boom it’s fixed!! Second issue was I was missing one boars for the shelving. Called the company and she said I’m so sorry sir. What part number? Told her and no questions asked, sent the missing piece. Took 4 business days. Never do I get that good of a service!! For $750?!?! This desk is a TANK!! I felt bad for the delivery guy. Came in 3 boxes. All extremely heavy!! Had to carry from garage to room in pieces!! Lol yes it’s heavy so I recommend two people put together but I would by another no joke. This thing is rock solid!! To the guy that did hot glue with those plug green things, dude you did something wrong. Unnecessary!! When put together right, all my boards were solid!! For this price I really am shocked. The finish and color is crazy nice!!

Product arrived with miss matched items and company will not return emails to fix it
Product looked nice but when assembling it there were mis matched items and the company will not return my emails to fix it. I want a refund and ship back to the company, desk is useless in the shipped condition. I could not submit this remark without selecting a star for overall rating, it doesn’t deserve a star.

Good desk, a few assembling quirks
It’s a nice, sturdy desk with lots of space. The single drawer is a little shallow, and personally, I’d prefer another drawer, so there are 2 deeper drawers instead of the door/shelf between the top and bottom file drawer.There were no instruction surprises, whereas in another piece I bought, in the same step, one piece needed to go on before anything else, which wasn’t obvious from the instructions. Do put the 2 large desk parts together and put them into your final placement before connecting the middle piece. You do not want to move this all together.It took about 3 hours (with an assistant – definitely needed for certain times!) plus a little extra fixing the below issues:Two design issues: Pieces 80-82 (the front trim pieces) are not lined up well with the groove, so do not depend on the groove, especially since these screws are very short. They will not hold if you have to back them out. I redid them after the piece was together so they lined up right.Also, connecting the top cover on the hutch, those screws are too short to hold effectively. I thought about getting slightly longer ones, but I just installed the top after everything was in place. A good yank on the top will pull it off.Summary: It’s a nice piece if you are budget-conscious – recommend! Bestar: get longer screws for a couple of spots, and ditch the grooves on the trim pieces!

True quality furniture at a great price! Love it!
This is a beautiful well crafted desk. For not being a solid hardwood design it is still a heavy duty solid construction. Directions were easy to read, parts fit exactly as shown. Packaging was immaculate. Some of the best packaging I have seen to date on any Amazon purchase. Even got a huge wooden pallet to use on a future project :)Only one thing I didn’t like was the trim pieces had predrilled holes that we’re a little bit bigger than the screws so I had to make a slight adjustment for a tighter fit. But nothing I’d take away a star for. You will certainly need a partner to assemble this as it is heavy, which is a good thing. Love this desk!!

Held Together by Hot Glue and a Dream
See the picture I’ve included of the green plastic end on a silver metal stick? Yeah use hot glue. Do not do what the directions say to “push with thumb into desk” because it bursts through the other side and also majority of them are defective. The desk is very visually appealing over all and it’s the right size for my computer equipment. It is a fever dream to put together though. It took two people, one of whom is an engineer, to understand the instructions and think of solutions for some of its quirks. You will need to buy your own anchors for the hutch.FedEx delivery also left it in the middle of my driveway in the rain which left me quite frustrated.I will be keeping the desk because it will not be moving or coming apart after all of that hot glue. It does it’s purpose.

Impressive desk very happy with purchase
As stated in a few other reviews the directions can get a bit confusing but if you take your time and place pieces for visual with pics in directions it comes together. There are a few connections with no pre-drilled holes specifically on the molding pieces and the metal brackets that connect the desk pieces.I added Elmer’s glue to all the posts that insert into the locks and instead of using the metal brackets to connect the executive desk to the L-shaped, I used 3 bracket to connect the L-shape. There is also a left over large piece that I did not see used in the directions that I put on top of the hutch to give it a more professional look but did not screw in. The extra bracket and Elmer’s glue made it much more sturdy as the posts do not all fit tightly.There is plenty of desk space…I work from home and have multiple laptops and monitors and no problem getting everything setup with plenty of workspace to spare.The directions call for 2 people for assembly but I was able to put it together myself over 4 days after work working at a casual pace. I was also able to move it myself a short distance but it is extremely heavy and sliding on a rug or rough surface is quite difficult.Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone needing a lot of desk space.

I have had this desk a couple of months now. It is great and functioning exactly as I had hoped it would. There were a few screws that were a little too short, but we’ve replaced them and it is holding together well. A well priced desk and worth the price.

A few of the parts where not lettered or numbered. Also if the assembly screws, etc. where placed in separated bags as per each step it would be a lot easier to follow directions. Otherwise it was quite easy to assemble.
