Nice material, soft, and well made. There are 4 modes, 3 levels of intensity, cool and heat setting. It can be used in car or at home. It does need a chair with higher back rest for back support. I felt pretty good after a 45 mins massage. It seems like my son finds it interesting and keeps sitting on it.

I originally bought this for the cooling aspect, but the massager was surprisingly strong. I took away a star because the heater isn’t as strong as I would like it.

Wear flannel jeans or sit on a cooled towel. This cover isn’t a great alternative.
I purchased this for both its heating and cooling attributes since the motorhome we drive tends to blow heat on the driver and it’s easy for the driver’s legs to get very warm. Some of this discomfort can but lessened by making the rest of the body a little cooler. During the winter, the heated area helps the driver’s body warm up before the vehicles entire interior has a chance to warm. The down side to the seat cover if that it does get super warm or super cool. It isn’t a great seat cover when the temperature settings are of since the dishes in the seat actually press on the driver’s thighs making for an uncomfortable ride.
