    Nice UPS
Got this UPS to use with my new computer build and it’s peripherals. I like that it comes with the newer LiFePO4 Batteries, as they are rated to last longer (advertised as 10 years), and are suppose to be safer. Pugged in, and it works great. Displays input / output levels, and Battery charge status. Plenty of outputs (8). And is it a bit small and lighter than I expected, but I guess this is due to the newer generation batteries, allowing for smaller lighter design. Couldn’t be happier with this UPS for my work station. There is not a communication port for a software link between UPS and Computer, but not a problem for me, as I don’t leave my computer on when I am not present. Gives me the power backup I need. Good purchase.

Sleek, quiet unit that does the job well.
Bought this unit to replace an aging APC Back-UPS and to switch over to the supposedly longer-lasting lithium iron phosphate battery. Cost of replacement batteries for the old unit were adding up every 1.5 – 2 years. All eight NEMA 5-15P outlets are on battery backup and are sufficient to power two personal computers with docks, a couple of screens and a powered adjustable-height desk along with smaller chargers for phones, etc. The outlets are evenly distributed and fit most standard plugs easily (see image).

Lithium UPS that is lighter, smaller and with comparable run time to traditional models
Unit was packaged very well, has simple documentation and works exactly as described. Very happy with the purchase so far but haven’t had the unit long enough to give it 5 stars. Purchased this lithium battery model instead of the traditional SLA (sealed lead acid) since the lithium battery technology should have the battery lasting at least 10 years instead of the 3 years normal for SLA units.

    Great value
I’ve needed a UPS for years and never gotten one because I dislike the common ones with lead-acid batteries that are good for a year or two tops. This model has a far superior Lithium-iron-phosphate battery that should (fingers crossed) provide many years of solid service.I generally run my desktop, monitors, and internet equipment on this and it happily supplies 250-500W of power without complaints and without much fan noise. It has approximately 250 watt* hours of battery capacity so it could run my standard set up for 30-60 minutes which is great, but I’ve really come to appreciate that it can also supply 40-50W for 5+ hours! During the 12 days we were without power due to hurricane Helene this UPS became really useful as supplemental power allowing me to run my laptop, charge phones, etc. even when the generator was off. My typical routine was to run the generator from early morning to lunch, then again late afternoon till bed. In the 5-6 hours midday when we had no power this UPS let me keep my laptop and cellphone charged and operating through the rest of the work day.As far as I’m concerned, this thing paid for itself in those 2 weeks and the next 5+ years of service in its intended role as a UPS are just bonus now.I would note this is not intended to be used as I described with charging and discharging daily. For one it takes about 5 hours to fully charge the batteries, and secondly it beeps constantly when operating without grid power. This makes sense as a UPS where you’re expected to want to know power is lost and quickly shut everything down safely, but it was pretty irritating when trying to use it to sustain small loads for an extended period of time. I wish it had a mute button, but if I have to use it that way again I’ll just put it in a closet and run an extension cord.

1000VA/600W Lithium UPS: A Total Power Failure Fiasco
I recently purchased the 1000VA/600W Lithium UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector, and I regret every penny spent on this overhyped piece of junk. First off, the so-called “10-year lifespan” is a laughable exaggeration—within two months, the unit started making this obnoxious whining noise that sounds like a dying cat, and the LCD display flickers like it’s auditioning for a horror movie. The LiFePO4 batteries (153.6 Wh) might sound fancy, but they barely hold a charge; my computer shut down after a measly 10 minutes during a power outage, despite being nowhere near the 600W capacity. The sinewave UPS system? More like a sinewave of disappointment. I plugged in my sensitive electronics expecting top-tier protection, but the surge protector failed during a minor storm, leaving my router fried. Eight outlets sound great until you realize half of them are so tightly spaced that you can’t even fit standard plugs side by side—useless design flaw. Honestly, this thing is less a “backup power supply” and more a backup plan for frustration. Save your money and buy something that doesn’t promise the moon and deliver a landfill instead.

    Very nice UPS
I have not had any problems with the unit so far. I like the display and brightness that shows how many watts are being used. Easy to setup. I seen some reviews say it has a loud beep when it switches over. It does have a beep that would probably wake me up at night, but don’t think it is that loud. I have it in the living room and I can’t hear it from the bedroom. Has a great run time for the amount of electronics plugged in.
